THE RESIDENCES AT 1428 BRICKELL
Designed by renowned Milan-based ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the 70-story iconic centerpiece of the quintessential Miami skyline will feature 189 luxury residences. Prominently posed at one of Brickell’s most prestigious addresses, the project will be the first high-rise residential tower in the world partially powered by the sun.
“The architecture and interior design fuse seamlessly to make residents feel welcome and at ease from the moment they enter the building.”
The distinctive architecture and design of this private, residential property features a limited collection of 189 homes thoughtfully curated for both luxury and comfort. Ytech selected a world-class team of artisans, designers, architects, and engineers who understand the interplay between architecture, space, furniture, and function to envision and deliver a truly exceptional residential product that is not only a beauty to behold but a joy to live in.
Arclinea kitchens became a key piece of this project that ushers in a new era of luxury living in South Florida, driven by a commitment to outstanding craftsmanship, elegant design, intelligent functionality, and the highest quality materials.
The kitchen features doors and table in Custom Oak Veneer, worktop in honed Pietra Grey marble, backsplash in Travertino Romano Classico, handle Convivium New Professional in black PVD, hood shelf and suspended shelf in black PVD.
“We integrated pieces of furniture focusing primarily on earth tones to bring nature inside the building.”
