Originally the East Gate of the Beijing city fortifications, Dongzhimen has evolved into a lively and welcoming neighborhood in the Chinese capital. Nestled between the hectic streets of the city and the calm waters of the Liangma River stands Dongzhimen 8, a residential building with more than 30 floors that has recently undergone a restyling. The penthouses, which offer panoramic views of Beijing, come in different types, each featuring a unique design. In 9 penthouses, the interior design project designed by ACPV includes a selection of world-renowned Italian brands, including Arclinea kitchens designed by Antonio Citterio.

According to ACPV, the Convivium Elegant model with a large island is the ideal solution to interpret the large kitchen spaces facing the residences’ living area. The distinctive bronze PVD doors of the Convivium Elegant model and the Calacatta marble top create a refined contrast with the Canaletto walnut wood columns and the elm boiserie. A large round dining table from the Maxalto collection and the panoramic window overlooking the metropolis complete the welcoming atmosphere of this space, which invites sharing and conviviality.
