Set amid the mountainous landscape of Beaver Creek, this contemporary home narrates a family’s return to a place shaped by memories of seasons past. Today, three generations gather here once again, inhabiting spaces reimagined by Ezequiel Farca with a thoughtful, sensitive approach—one that translates memory and emotion into architecture. The result is a home that welcomes and shelters, opening gracefully to the surrounding landscape as a true contemporary retreat
The project establishes a direct dialogue with its surroundings: expansive openings frame the changing seasons as a constant presence, drawing the mountain terrain into everyday life. Designed to accommodate the interwoven rhythms of three generations, the interiors move fluidly between moments of intimacy and conviviality. Through a careful interplay of materials, contrasts and proportions, the home achieves a calibrated balance in which architecture and nature converge in an authentic synthesis.

The Arclinea kitchen emerges as both architecture and living space, seamlessly integrated and in harmony with the rest of the home. Black ash NTF slatted doors meet the tactile presence of the island in local marble, while the black PVD Artusi handle adds discreet detail. Sliding panels modulate its openness, allowing the kitchen to connect fluidly with the living area, terrace, and grill zone — a space conceived for sharing everyday rituals and moments of togetherness.
