Situated on the outskirts of a nature reserve near Tel Aviv, within a rural settlement, the home designed by Israelevitz Architets gracefully emerges from the elevated terrain. Its distinguishing architecture lies in the sleek and refined design, free from embellishments or uneccessary details.

The main structure of the building rests upon a slightly recessed foundation, accommodating various functional spaces, including the entrance area. As visitors enter in the home, they are welcomed by a generous patio, harmoniously blending lush greenery and tranquil water features. The choice of materials accentuates the building's architectural precision, with glass and concrete embodying a sense of rigorous sophistication. Simultaneously, the strategic use of wood modulates the flow of light and creates a shielding effect on the sides that face the road and neighboring dwellings. The most luminous and expansive section, fully adorned with glass, offers panoramic vistas of the adjacent nature reserve. Here, the living area seamlessly merges with the dining and kitchen spaces.

The kitchen represents the focal point of the entire living area. A large functional island extends gracefully towards the outdoors, harmonizing with the dining and relax zones. The distinguished volume features Convivium doors finished in cacao Fenix NTM®, complemented by tall units with Principia doors in Fossil Oak finish.

The essential design seamlessly merges with meticulous attention to detail, using natural materials and neutral tones for the finishes. The sleeping area boast walk-in closets and private bathrooms, thoughtfully outfitted with luxurious amenities. Protected by a concrete ceiling punctuated by generous skylights, an expansive outdoor area acts as a gentle filter between the residence and the external pool an oasis framed by Italian poplar trees, treasured by the homeowners.
