360 NEWBURY
360 Newbury is located in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. Heralded as the only Frank O.Gehry designed multitenant office building in the United States, 360 Newbury was built in 1920 and renovated in 1987. This landmark building comprises 83,000 square feet of office space and 46,000 square feet of retail units. The office portion of the building has been converted into 54 residential luxury condominium units, all with Arclinea kitchens. At the 2006 Qualified Remodeler Master Design Awards held at the Peninsula Hotel in Chicago, the Silver Award was won by the Arclinea model kitchen for 360 Newbury.
